At Disability Navigators, our role is to act as your guide through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) system, ensuring that you or your loved one receives the necessary services and supports tailored to personal needs and aspirations.

Our Promise
At Disability Navigators, you’re not just a client; you’re family. Fueled by the encouragement of our whole team — especially, Darlene my wife (and one of our Lead Support Coordinators) — I started this agency out of a deep personal commitment, driven by our own journey with our oldest son. This personal touch shapes our approach, ensuring that every individual we support is met with compassion and a deep commitment to their success.
Our Fantastic Team
Frankly, I can’t wait for you to meet our team! Our eight Support Coordinators and three Support Coordination Supervisors collectively have:
- Over 25 years combined years of professional experience working as Support Coordinators,
- Over 100 years of lived experience as parents of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities,
- Nearly 25 years of combined experience leading and working with service providers,
- Unique experience — such as a Registered Nurse — that bring fresh perspectives to our work.
But, it doesn’t stop with experience. This group brings the drive and passion to truly make a difference in the lives of the individuals they serve.
