Started by parents who have lived the intellectual and developmental disability journey with their own children, our agency treats each client with the same caring and vested interest as we do our own family members. At Disability Navigators, person-centered planning isn’t just a term, it’s a deeply held core value that guides our work as support coordinators.

Driven by the belief in the inherent worth of every person with intellectual and developmental disabilities, we partner with individuals, families, caregivers, and providers to deliver person-centered, responsive, consistent and quality-assured support coordination services. We pledge to treat every individual like our own family: with compassion and attention to detail to ensure that they have the fulfilling and happy life that they desire.

Our Structure
Disability Navigators LLC is a for-profit limited liability company formed in New Jersey and approved by Medicaid and the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities. Stuart Altschuler is the founder and the sole Managing Member.
